The Learning Technologies event, in London’s Olympia on 28th / 29th January, provides the setting for the digital learning content management business solution provider, eXact learning solutions, to re-launch its learning content management system (LCMS).
Among the eXact learning LCMS’s improved features are:
- For subject matter experts and content authors: one-click, multiple formats publishing and integration with Microsoft Office tools
- For managers and administrators: Business analysis reports and project management enhancements; support for TinCan API and learning record store (LRS) reports
- For learners: next generation mobile apps and social network features
This, along with brand restyling, including a new strapline – ‘Exactly: The LCMS’ – will be in evidence on the company’s stand (number 181).
“And, to help mark the company’s new image, eXact learning solutions is sponsoring one of the refreshment stops in the exhibition,” said Valerio Torda, eXact learning solutions’ managing director. “It will be known as the ‘eXact learning solutions café’.”
In addition to helping provide physical refreshment for visitors, eXact learning solutions is playing its part in supplying intellectual refreshment at the show – via two free seminars.
On 28th January, from 14.45 to 15.15, in ‘Theatre 6’, Brian O’Malley, of Intuition, will present an LCMS-orientated case study entitled, ‘Meeting expectations of Netflix-generation learners’. Then, the following day, from 11.15 to 11.45 in ‘Theatre 10’, LATTANZIO Learning – eXact learning solutions’ parent company – will outline the TRIO project, which it helps to manage.
This forerunner of a massive open online course (MOOC), is a web-based learning system which has been in use in Italy’s Tuscany Region for over ten years. To date, it has helped companies maintain their competitive advantage, operate more efficiently, provide greater value for money to their stakeholders – as well as enabled over 375,000 individuals to enhance their skills.
